Returns
You may send books back within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
- Tell us within 14 days of receiving your parcel: with the form below, or by email.
- Then send the books back within 14 days, well packed. The return postage is yours.
- We refund what you paid for the books within 14 days of hearing from you, once they are back or you have sent us proof of sending. When the whole order comes back, we refund the standard shipping too.
- A book should come back as it left. If it was damaged beyond what looking it over needs, we may deduct for that.
